Most HOA’s have fence requirements and guidelines. This particular HOA in Chantilly, VA requires that all fences are pressure treated four board paddock fences and that the gates are space board style with an arch top. We finished this job up and the homeowners are thrilled that they can now let the kids out in the yard and not have to worry about them escaping:)
