The entire team at Builders Fence Co Inc. were very professional and took their time to explain the process. Everything from designing, installing, costs, etc. was covered in a very professional manner. Because of HOA regulations I had to change my fence design and work through a moving target for my installation date. This process took place over several phone calls and emails, and every time I had a question a member of the Builder Fence Co. was very responsive and took the time to break things down for me. From Jeff in the sales dept. to Ted on the installation team, I truly felt comfortable working with them and appreciated their patience and honesty with the entire process. I did my home work and got 5 quotes for my fence. Builders Fence Co was not the cheapest, although there were very open an honest with me on pricing (labor, materials, etc.) and did provide some flexibility there to keep me within my budget. Overall I would highly recommend this company, as they did a great job making sure I understood the entire process inside and out, and made me feel comfortable I was getting a great product and service for the price.

After working with several different contractors this past year, Builder’s Deck and Fence was a breath of fresh air! I contracted with them to remove and replace an old chain link fence, plus build and install two gated sections of wooden fence adjacent to the house. They provided a great, honest estimate, and were able to schedule the work in the very near future. The crew showed up on time and did a great job! They were not able to complete the work that day through no fault of their own. When the offset post that was required was ordered and received, they scheduled to come out and finish the job. They were very careful to ensure all bits and pieces of wire and any other trash was removed; they were very polite and friendly, and I am very satisfied with the price, performance and product! Hire them if you want complete satisfaction at a fair price!

We had this job quoted by multiple companies and we decided that Builders would do the best job. Their quote was not the cheapest of the group (though they were within 5% of the lowest), but we felt that price should not be the only determining factor. We could see their quality work in our neighborhood and their professionalism and customer service were obvious from the initial contact. Jack was excellent to work with, being prompt, courteous and easy to contact. We will definitely be talking with them again in the future about our deck project.

I had few companies come out to give me an estimate to build a fence and although Builders Fence Co. was not the lowest I felt a sense of comfort and professionalism with them. Jeff Crammer the sales rep that came to my house was professional and also followed up after the fence was built. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were so happy with the original project that Builders Fence & Deck installed for us that we recently used them to complete our fence as well. They were great, the installation was perfect, and the customer service was very good. I would definitely recommend Builders Fence!!!!

We contacted several fence companies in our area about installing a vinyl fence. Builders was the most responsive to our various and numerous questions. Builders was also the most personal and friendly. In the planning phase, Builders was able to come up with a solution to keep a large tree fenced within our backyard that was on the property line. Builders also suggested certain additions that we had not thought of, such as having a double gate to allow large items to get into the backyard or having doors open a certain direction. During installation, the workers were professional and friendly and did a good job cleaning up any trash items and dirt. We had a few minor items after installation that needed to be addressed that Builders promptly addressed. Since our fence was completed, we have already used them again to add some additional fence sections on the side of our house. Overall, we were very pleased with the whole experience with Builders and love our fence and looking at it everyday.
