CREW FOREMAN – Job responsibilities include locating property pins, laying out fence job according to sales contract, installing the fence effectively, managing your laborers appropriately on the job, ensuring customer is happy with fence installation prior to leaving the job site.
• Minimum 2-3 years of fence installation experience
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Must have a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly with the customer and sales team
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining a crew truck and all of the tools and equipment associated with that truck
• The Foreman is the leader of a work crew and is responsible for leading a team of 1-2 men daily to erect fences
• Must be an independent thinker and able to problem solve.

Laborer – Job responsibilities include assisting the Crew Foreman with fence installation, laying out materials and concrete, digging and setting up posts and job site cleanup.
• No experience required, will train the right candidate

• Must provide own transportation

Canvassing Team Leader – The canvassing department is responsible generating qualified leads through a variety of channels.
Job Responsibilities include: Assemble and train a team of door-to-door canvassers, Work with your staff in individual and group settings with a particular eye towards generating qualified leads for the sales staff, Work with the Marketing Director to create and implement other ways to generate interest, including events, trade shows and venues.
• A valid driver’s license is required with geographical knowledge of the Northern Virginia area
• Must have a positive and pleasant attitude with a professional appearance
• Be able to plan and coordinate daily canvas routes
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with potential customers
• Work 4–5 days per week (usually 4 PM to 8 PM weekdays and some Saturdays)
• Be physically able to walk door-to-door and speak politely and professionally with potential customers.
• Must have a cell phone
• Hourly pay PLUS bonuses for qualified appointments scheduled AND bonuses for appointments that convert into sales
